We feel so lucky to have, by chance, the Mckinney Team find the perfect home & land we were looking for. Its amazing how in three months we went from looking, to finding, and then closing on our 1937 farmhouse & 10 acres of land. This was no easy task for them; for the seller moved extremely slow on everything. There was also quite a few things wrong with the older home too that had to be repaired or replaced.
