Stephannie McKinney is a Co-founder of The Advon Group. She is a full time Real Estate Professional who utilizes her experience, knowledge, determination, and goal setting attitude to help clients with one of most important transactions in their lives. As partner and member of the Advon Group, Stephannie not only offers her expertise to our clients, but an additional array of services through our team. Stephannie is if full time Realtor with over 8 years of real estate experience in the Charlotte NC, Lake Norman, and surrounding counties. In addition to her real estate skills, she offers 12 years of experience in Operations, Marketing and Property Management from her previous career, and fluent English and Spanish speaker. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business & marketing from Montclair State University NJ.

Lane McKinney

Lane, Founder of The Advon Group, is a full-time Real Estate Broker and a proud U.S. Army Veteran who served as a Green Beret based out of Fort Bragg, NC. With over 16 years of experience in operations, management, and real estate, Lane brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to every client interaction.
 
Guided by the same values that shaped his military career—integrity, dedication, and excellence—Lane is deeply committed to providing outstanding service and protecting his clients’ best interests. His in-depth understanding of market trends, advanced use of real estate technology, and sharp negotiation skills allow him to deliver exceptional results in any market condition.
 
Lane’s mission is simple: to ensure a smooth, successful real estate experience while maximizing value and minimizing stress for his clients.

Stephannie McKinney

Stephannie is the Co-founder of The Advon Group and a full-time Real Estate Professional. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Montclair State University in New Jersey and an Interior Design Certification from The New York Institute of Art & Design in New York. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Stephannie brings over 16 years of experience in operations, marketing, and real estate.
 
With her expert knowledge of business and the real estate industry, Stephannie skillfully helps clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions while protecting their financial interests.
 
Whether working with home buyers or sellers, Stephannie’s focus remains on maximizing profitability, minimizing stress, and ensuring a smooth, seamless transaction for her clients and their families.
